The Telangana High Court on Friday clarified that all the accused except the senior IAS officers BP Acharya and Adityanath Das Gupta will have to face trail in Jagan case filed by Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Indu Tech Zone, pharma companies SEZ and India Cements as part of Jagan assets case.

The court clarified the doubt expressed by the Justice B Siva Sankara Rao upon the letter written by CBI to HC seeking clarity to set the prosecution of the officers aside. Meanwhile, the CBI court exempted YS Jagan from appearing before the court during election campaign after a plea filed by him.
