Upping his attack on the main opposition Congress, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing a rally in in Rehan in the Fatehpur Assembly constituency in Kangra district.

“You have been given an opportunity to bid goodbye on November 9 to those who have looted Himachal Pradesh,” Modi said.

I have worked extensively for your state and I am well aware of every city and street here.

Attacking the chief minister, Modi said “Congress in its manifesto has said zero tolerance to corruption, despite the fact that the CM here is embroiled in graft. Even a child will not believe it.”

Congress has now become a laughing club, they need to introspect why ppl are turning away from them across the country, Modi said.

PM Modi is scheduled to address another rally at Dhaula Kuan in Paonta Sahib later in the day at 2pm.
