Hyderabad: In a bid to help those traders and businessmen who were unable to understand the nitty-gritty of GST and finding it difficult to file their details, now they can get their doubts cleared in a jiffy.

The commissioner Central GST Medchal has launched an email facility to provide clarifications on all GST issues, as part of easing doing business. Yes, measures for handholding & trade facilitation.

Once you send your query It gives an automatic acknowledgement to person sending mail, indicating that the query was received and that they will get reply at the earliest.

Although a three day target was set, yet one can hope to get reply from the team constituted may the same day, an official press note issued said.

Questions in respect of GST-Network are being sent to GSTN, for needful.

“The Response is overwhelming & in a short time, as many as 3000 mails were received. Many persons who got replies have expressed utmost satisfaction and appreciation for the clear replies given for their issues,” the official press note claimed.

The commissioner GST, Medchal welcomed any GST related queries on the above mail ID- to enable them to clarify , so that there would be a smooth transition. “
