New Delhi, In the wake of a 21-day nationwide lockdown amid the coronavirus outbreak, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra's husband Robert Vadra has shared a Facebook post on how he is using time positively with some fun-filled activities and a memorable family time.
Taking to the social media, Vadra said: "I have been conducting an exercise class in the evenings for the family and pushing them to adhere to their daily life."
"How are you all dealing with this time in quarantine? Hope you are keeping yourself happily occupied and your mind stimulated, to make sure others at home bide through this time in a happier and, most of all, a healthier way. Since most of the staff have been sent off to take care of their own families, we all at home have our own chores.
"Calisthenics routines in the morning, with running or cycling for an hour on alternate days, while catching up with the news from around the world," he wrote.
Vadra advised not to panic if one has common cold and to not heed misinformation.
"I feel we are overfilled with information on coronavirus. Hence, if anyone has a cold or just a cough, don't panic -- it's not that you got the flu or you getting the virus; wait and have regular medicine, and I'm sure it will subside."
The fitness-freak businessman also talked of washing hands regularly, santisation and wearing mask, and social distancing.
"Keep smiling, its contagious," he reminded others.
There are at least 640 active coronavirus cases in India at present, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said on Friday, taking the total confirmed cases in the country to 724. India has reported 17 casualties so far, with 66 who have recovered.
