One Army jawan was in an encounter with terrorists in Lam village of Tral in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district.

Several gunshots were exchanged in Lam village earlier in the day. which alerted The Army who reached on the spot.

This encounter comes a day after Pakistan Army violated ceasefire along the Line of Control at Krishna Ghati sector of Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district.
