Modi attacked Congress in Trademark fashion when he said "Youth in Karnataka turned Bengaluru to a "Silicon Valley". But the Congress government turned it into a "Valley of Sin" ".

"The talented pool of youngsters in Karnataka made this city the "Computer Capital", but in the last 5 years, Congress government turned Bengaluru into "Crime Capital" ", he continued.

He again accused the Karnataka Congress Government of corruption:

"The Congress government wanted to build a STEEL bridge in Bengaluru. In reality, it was a STEAL bridge! I laud the efforts of BJP karyakartas and thousands of aware citizens whose resistance forced Cong to drop this project "

"Cong is trying to fool people of Karnataka with its manifesto. Cong in 2013 had promised to build one super speciality hospital in every district. But in 2018, this got changed to one super speciality hospital for every three districts", he concluded.
