A die-hard soccer fan, actor Arjun Kapoor got a chance to hang out with football legend Cristiano Ronaldo on Monday in Madrid, Spain. Arjun has been roped in by the Spanish football league, La Liga, for a special promotional tie-up. During the dream-come-true meeting, Arjun reportedly wished Ronaldo all the best for the upcoming Champions League final between Real Madrid and Liverpool.

“Yes, it’s true that Arjun met Cristiano. The actor is keenly interested in the sport, and he spoke to Ronaldo about Real Madrid’s season so far and also wished him all the luck for the Champions League final match against Liverpool in Kiev, Ukraine. They also had an in-depth conversation about world football in general and also about Real’s chances of winning in the finals,” a source told a leading daily

Interestingly, during their conversation, Arjun informed Cristiano about his massive fan-following in India and invited him to visit the football-crazed nation. “Arjun explained to Cristiano that he has an incredible fan following in India. The actor urged Cristiano to visit India and see for himself the immense love that India has for him. Cristiano, on his part, told Arjun that he would love to come down to India, as he is aware how much the fans here love him,” adds the source.

Arjun Kapoor’s upcoming releases are Namaste England, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar and India’s Most Wanted. The actor recently starred in a special item song for cousin Harshvardhan Kapoor’s upcoming film, Bhavesh Joshi Superhero.
