Addressing the foundation day event of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), Union Minister Arun Jaitley stressed that the Modi government is paying special attentions towards improving rural infrastructure. Referring to the ongoing trade war between super powers US, China, Jaitley said that the situation is causing an economic imbalance in the world.
