New Delhi: Intensifying its attack on the BJP over the metro fare hike, AAP workers today protested near the residence of Union minister and Chandni Chowk MP Harsh Vardhan.
The AAP workers tried to ‘gherao’ Vardhan’s official residence on Tees January Marg, but the police had barricaded the road leading to his home.
The AAP has been protesting against the increase in metro fare. It has also announced protests against all seven Delhi MPs, who belong to the BJP, for “not raising their voice” against the fare hike.
Tomorrow, the party workers will protest against the fare hike outside East Delhi MP Maheish Girri’s residence, the AAP said.
