With just two days left for campaigning for Rajasthan Assembly Elections, the campaigning has garnered steam with both BJP and Congress deploying its heavyweights. Prime Minister Narendra Modi kicked off this campaign rally in Rajasthan by addressing a gathering at Hanumangarh. Launching a scathing attack on Congress, PM Modi said that the country has to suffer because of the mistakes made by them in greed for power. Raising the Kartarpur Corridor Row, PM Modi said that it was mainly because of the mistakes of the Congress party that the Corridor is in Pakistan today. He also attacked the Congress for perpetuating the 'dynastic rule' and turning a blind eye towards the farmers' problems.
Later the day, PM Modi will address public meetings in Jaipur and Sikar. Modi will address a joint rally of 13 Assembly segments of Jaipur district at Vidhyadhar Nagar Stadium. This is the second visit of PM Modi to Jaipur within 5 months.
Police said that all arrangements are in place for the Prime Minister’s roadshow which will be attended by BJP candidates of 13 assembly seats (Jaipur district) and senior party leaders. According to the BJP, around 3 lakh people will attend PM Modi's meeting in Jaipur.

Meanwhile, BJP President Amit Shah who is leading the party's charge in the poll-bound state will also hold rallies on Tuesday. Amit Shah has attended over 62 public programmes in the state, more than any other poll-bound state.
BJP, eyeing victory in Rajasthan, has intensified its attack on Congress over the past few days. Addressing a poll rally in Jodhpur earlier on Monday PM Modi lashed out at Rahul Gandhi for quizzing his knowledge on Hinduism and said that it will not help them win elections. Asserting that BJP will retain power in Rajasthan, PM Modi said the Congress party was highly mistaken if they believed that they would win the state Assembly polls "on the basis of lies."
Meanwhile, BJP chief Amit Shah on Monday claimed that the Congress party does not have a leader as the party has not declared the chief ministerial candidate in Rajasthan.
“On the one hand there is a group of patriots under the leadership of Narendra Modi and on the other hand there is a group which doesn't have a leader, policy and principles,” he said attacking the Congress.
Congress scion Rahul Gandhi who is all determined to turn tables this time will be holding three rallies in the state on Tuesday. He will address these rallies in Malakhera in Alwar district, Surajgarh in Jhunjhunu district and Salumber in Udaipur district.
Assembly polls for 199 seats of the total 200 seats in Rajasthan are due on December 7. Electioneering will conclude on December 5 and counting of votes will be taken up on December 11.
